1. if your bulbs have been exposed to very cold air for several weeks

you can plant them and they will bloom, I do that all the time. And I did it again this yearh, cough cough. But we are having a thaw now, so I may just put them in tomorrow.

If they have not been exposed tot he cold, put the bulbs in the fridge for 6 weeks.
