I'm big on ebay, but I don't think I'd buy seeds there. I don't buy seeds locally either because you just never know how old they are and what conditions under which they have been stored. Best to deal with reputable mail order seed companies to make sure you get good ones. Nothing is more frustrating than starting seeds at just the right time only to find out they are duds.
