3. How do you freeze your cabbage and peppers?

I want to grow more green beans next year and put them in Food Saver bags and freeze them. Do you have any idea if that would work?

We canned 46 quarts of hot wax peppers this year, and also 31 quarts of tomatoes. So we are all done with canning now!

Oh yes and 11 half-pints of elderberry jelly!

I would love to try a butternut squash plant, too! Used to grow red potatoes. I like them better than russets.

BTW we also donated 60 lbs. of our produce to the local food bank.
