if you don't want to build them from scratch. It's important to consider that a raised bed is a kind of container, so depending on its size and what it's made of, it might need more watering than a garden planted right in the ground. Don't use garden dirt; get some potting soil or mix. Garden dirt is likely to have plant pests. Depending on the soil mix you get, be sure you fertilize enough (look at package instructions or fertilizer instructions). If your vegetables aren't blossoming or growing, they might not be getting enough nutrients. You will also need full sun for most vegetables. Also, once they start growing be sure to thin them so they aren't competing with each other. If you have a Master Gardener group in your area they are a great, science-based resource.
