1. "Ursam eligere" is the infinitive form: "to choose the bear."

The verb eligere is conjugated in first person singular as eligo, "I choose."
"You choose the bear" is ursam eligis, "she chooses the bear" is ursam eligit, "we choose" is elegimus, "you (plural) choose" is eligitis, "they choose" is eligunt.
