B.C. man wrongly imprisoned for 27 years in rape case can sue, Supreme Court says [View all]

Notice the photo of the man being choked so that the witness knew who to choose. This was in 1982, nothing has changed in Canada since, in fact, due to lack of accountability laws, Canada is in many ways in a worse position in 2015.
