Alicia gets a call from a client. Voices in the background. No one can reach him. Used his cell to track him to Homan. Police denied he was there. Then they said he wasn't under arrest therefore he doesn't get mirandized or a lawyer or phone call. They lied and pulled stunts to prevent her from getting access. She had to trip the police up in court to get access.

It was DAMN SCARY. The scariest lawyer episode I think I've ever seen. And the man in your post survived it.
