I have never had a hearing, they have automatic Probable Cause to subject me to enhanced screening and searches. Now they want to take away my right to own a firearm.

Last December I took the concealed carry class in Texas because of these rumors. My instructor told me it would take about 2 weeks to get my permit after mailing everything off. Almost 3 months went by, but I got it! I still haven't bought a gun because I didn't get the certification for that reason. I got it to help prove I am not the terrorists from South Yemen that used my very common name as an alias. At least that is the BS story the FBI told me why I was on the list.

Don't let the issue with these horrible mass murders cause you to support another wrong in the name of reducing gun violence. There are literally millions of innocent Americans on this list with no way to get off of it.
