The stooges go so low they BREAK the law. It is about time someone flagged a government agency which is breaking the law. The idiot who approved this "plan" should be fired then sent to prison for promoting corrupt criminal behavior. DAMN REPUBLICAN YELLOW TURDS screwing up peoples constitutional RIGHTS
