his gorgeous voice and perfect black diction making anything he does a pleasure to listen to, I now find out he's a mensch when it comes to fighting for the rights of people with whom he has little in common.

I'm always glad to find a supremely talented person is on our side, realizing that denying civil rights to one group will eventually threaten stripping them from all groups.
