there are signs telling you where the dispensaries are, and there's even a cell phone app for that. If you drive a little too far east or west, you can be arrested for doing what was legal a few miles back. At minimum, if this is legal in Colorado, possession should be decriminalized. Maybe Amazon.com would be interested in the market. It generates a lot of income for Colorado.
