wrote the damn thing advocating violence against our own citizens to quell their protests. A first amendment right. No wonder so many journalists revolted and called in sick. I'm sick that there is a US Senator advocating violence against his own citizens, which in my opinion, would have resulted in inflaming the situation further than calming nerves down, etc. Idiot. Cotton just proved that he's fully incapable of governing by the Constitution and its amendments.

These scumbags such as Barr and rump are stating that protests are violent, when in fact, the vast majority of them aren't. Look at the evidence when rump had the church area cleared out violently, prior to his 'bible act', when in fact, the protesters were peaceful (and I bet there was tons of evidence to prove that they were peaceful).
