1. Command influence

It's so basic i wonder why the rule against command influence is violated so often. Then the game has to be played at trial, selecting the panel for courts-martial, "did you read what the president said about this case? will it affect your opinion, etc., etc." Then people give the answer they think they're supposed to give.

It's so flipping wrong.
