According to trump, you can't see the injury, so it can't be that bad. Not like missing limbs, or anything.

But it's just Trump-speak.

He really means 'I don't really care, do you? Let's talk about a more interesting topic. ME!!'

After so much time of Trump-speak, most people will have developed a good translation to human-speak ability.
