We can't travel overseas because Americans are barred from most other countries.

So, it's good to straighten out the law, admonish the DHS officials who misled the court and make the program available to all passport-holding Americans.

However, thanks to Trump's gross mishandling of the Covid-19 crisis, it will be quite some time before we can travel outside the U.S.
