I couldn't agree more with the author. Having served their in 2003-2004 as a brand new Lieutenant Colonel, I was highly impressed with the ROK troops we were partnered with. They were top notch troops, high trained, motivated, reliable, well disciplined. Good troops, good allies, well trained, superb equipment and technology. The Korean peninsula has the potential to become a really hot flash point with our current Dumpster in chief. That spooks me. ROKs are solid!
