rates of depression and suicide among vets. The military group could share VA resources for mental health issues.

I never served in the military, but my dad flew (USAF) combat in three wars. My mother was an AF nurse during the Korean War.

We were stationed overseas during the VN war. It is a big chunk of my life and I miss it. The military is a unique lifestyle unlike anything in civilian life.

I have a big interest in WWII and other branches of the military, not just the Air Force. I love the Navy, read a lot of about it.

At any rate, I have been hoping to see a military forum here on DU.
