7. Beautiful place - working hard. Love that woven fencing.

Looks like you could use some chaos - my place is in Ohio - you can come on up for a visit, eh?

I'll take a good hundred feet of fencing, four raised beds, and barn needs stained. I'll let you ride some pretty cool horses, 'k?

I'm building a pole barn across from the horse barn for equipment, and I'm gonna set up a well out front next to the underground one, have to dig across to it and set up the plumbing, with an old-fashioned pump on top, stone it up and plant.

Seeing as how you look pretty qualified, you can take your pick of jobs! I'm nice, really ! Maybe you can time your trip for hay season?

Seriously - I'm gonna do that strawberry bed thing - like that alot.
