the Jitterbug phone? Also, no-contract pay-as-you-go Tracfone has a basic phone with larger keys called "The Big Easy".

Regarding the digital camera - IMHO so what if you don't want to learn all the features? Get familiar with what you want to use and leave the rest. Who'll know?
