Was moved to a new state, looking to buy a new home. Had my elderly uncle with me (couldn't leave him to fend for himself). Male realtor, addressed all his comments to my uncle. I waited til we were leaving, and then said "by the way, I am the purchaser. I have the money. You will not be getting a bid." My uncle walked away laughing.
