7. I almost bought a Griffin instead of my Triumph

My history of owning Triumphs and the poor condition of the TVR resulted in the better choice for a retirement car. Still, I'd like to at least drive a TVR for a while with that Buick (Rover) V8 under the hood.

There are no bad Saabs, so I think you probably made the right decision as well.
