Really got on it (once) on the trip back from Texas. Got stuck behind a truck passing another truck in rural TX. Was doing 60-65. Once the way cleared, floored it. Several seconds later it was going 135, time to shut down. Surprisingly, it got 20 to 21 mpg overall on the trip back to Indy.

It is daily driven, has 25,000 miles. I still have my license, last speeding ticket was in ‘96.

Our other car is a Toyota Prius.
