Looks like a flycatcher of some kind. I enjoy the way s/he hovers around the suet feeder instead of just landing on it while feeding. Quality isn't on par with some of the other images posted here but I'm evolving and the lighting will be better in the Spring/Summer.
I'll be glad when the spring comes and the tree behind the feeders leaf out and give me a darker background.
