to believe in both his ability at the end of a game and their own ability to contribute to the win. Confidence is a important part of winning. It's hard to win if you believe that you can't.
One football commentator mentioned that Tebow doesn't get down on his teammates when they make mistakes but instead offers a positive message that they will recover and make good plays. When I watched the game, I witnessed a lot of dropped passes but in the last two minutes, the same receivers made some good catches.
