Flynn is not going to want to spend another 2-3 years sitting behind another future All-Star so that's out.

So the next best thing is to go ahead and draft Luck and then use the next 3-4 picks on olinemen and defensive players.
Then, next year, you use the number one pick on the best running back available, followed by the best WR available.

This would lead to year 3 where you'd probably be starting Luck, with a first round running back in his second season, a second round WR in his second season, and an at least mediocre to decent oline and defensive team.

Not perfect, but a decent base upon which to build.
