Did Ron Vlaar’s penalty in World Cup semi-final cross the line? [View all]

All the official cameras missed it but after Romero saves Ron Vlaar's penalty, the ball takes a funny bounce and rolls towards the goal and appears to stop on the goalline. I'm assuming the goalline technology would have called it, had it crossed the line.
