4. I've used Turo a couple times

Not all renters on Turo deliver or pick up and some of those that do charge extra for it. Your personal car insurance or rental benefits from your credit card will not apply for Turo most likely. Turo offers insurance of their own, but it does not cover interior or mechanical damage. That all being said, both times I used Turo things went smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
