32. Does he have tattoos?

I may have gotten something about "boggy". Are there any local or nearby businesses with "Boggy" in the name?

There may be some connection to a tattoo shop or artist.

And does he have any connections in Florida?

My ex MIL did have a female friend that absolutely disappeared in the 80's. It's mind twisting.
