probably both. Praying like mad on it, not knowing if some limited warfare (China/Japan; Everyone/Iran etc.) is actually required to tip the population into saying NO! with enough strength to end it, or if it would be victory for the death cults attempting to sour the shift. Possibility of a huge earthquake probably in a population center as well.

Now I say =possibility=. Not inevitability. Things are in flux. Things can be changed. But what to change...!
