3. When mine first started I was still having my mense too.

It seemed to be the first stages of going into Menapause for me and alot of women I've talked to. I didnt start having the Hot flashes and other fun stuff till the last couple of years.You don't have to be stressing or worried to go into a panic attack hell I have even woke up in the middle of the night having one . I'm pretty sure Its Hormonal. ( though the doctors won't say. I have found doctors to be pretty useless regarding this particular symptom)
I have gone into them sitting watching T.V.,reading,ect. There is no warning or stress involved.
