Cows don't particularly like macadamia nuts and beer as a steady diet, their systems were designed for leaves and grasses. People who have achieved an exalted position think they know better than the cows do what constitutes a more nutritious diet. Never mind that the cows don't appreciate it and will likely sicken if the exalted person doesn't get a better grip on reality.

That is something they never do.
