Wednesday

Close blinds on the sunny side of the house, and stay indoors when possible. I mowed my yard last Thursday on the last decent day before this heat dome got going. Now we're having 96-97 with heat index about ten above that.
Tonight we had a lot of overcast leading up to a brief shower near dark, which dropped the temp about ten degrees really quick, so that helped too.
