I watched most of them go by. So I have to keep watering. We did get quite a bit last week but these, I can see the tops on the other side of the mountain tops and they sail right on by and never make it over the ridge.

That is because the system is moving south to north. I you go to that link you will be able to see a larger picture that 'splains it real good.
