74. Im so sorry.

I lost my son to suicide 5 years ago June 25th. He was 25 and I still cry everyday. This will be the hardest thing you have ever done. You will be in a fog for about a year, but it will get somewhat better. You have to trust yourself on the best way to help that process. People who haven’t gone through this will give all sorts of unsolicited advice. Most of it is not helpful and some of is cruel and callous. There are several wonderful support groups for mothers who have lost their children through suicide on Facebook. I would suggest them and give you the info if needed. My heart breaks for you. You can always contact me and politics has helped me through it as well. Trust your gut and do whatever it is that keeps you going. ❤️🙏❤️
