I Never Thought of It That Way: How to Have Fearlessly Curious Conversations in Dangerously Divided Times

It has some guidance I've found helpful on having meaningful conversations across various types of divisions that are aimed at connecting rather than changing minds -- and paradoxically, when you gain deeper understanding, with less focus on conclusions and more focus on personal experience that shaped those conclusions, while holding firm to your own values, there are often moments of insight and a loosening of opposing positions.
