Worst Worker Comp rules and reg's in the upper Midwest. Max payout for a injury is some where in and around 15k. On the job inspections rarely happen and only after the target has plenty of notice.

Some of the Grain Bins in use are forty to fifty years old and some older than that. Yes,there was a huge Bin Building by some farmers three years ago,and that was because of fifteen dollar Beans and Ten dollar Corn. Oh btw,loans were available at 0% to 2% at that time. The two major Bin Companies were carrying the paper just to keep their Sub Contractors busy. And the bulk of the build out was replacement of Tornado damaged Bins and Bin sites.
