One has to wonder if this is less about keeping competition 'fair' in women's sports, and more about making sure a trans male doesn't waltz into some football tryout and kick all the 'real' boy's asses. Serious question, what is the gender ratio in the S.D. legislature? I would find that information interesting, I bet.
