3. Those of us that remember the 2000 recount know

about all the lawsuits filed to stop it. We know how it was on again off again..We know about all the stall tactics used by James Baker right?
Whenever the Gore campaign would gain an edge through the courts we know how quickly Baker would file an appeal...
Finally as the election went to the Supreme Court, this as we know is exactly what Baker wanted and the decision/s was made by a right wing court.

Republicans had made up their mind that they were going to win that election,no matter what it took.

So here we are in 2016 and now after a very popular Democratic President,Republicans are convinced they were going to have a Republican in the White House at whatever the cost.
We are headed into a fierce battle once the slightest hint of fraud is exposed and we can expect Republicans to fight this in the same way they fought this in 2000..So what if this goes back to the Supreme Court with only 8 Justices? How do Democrats fair or what can they expect? I would say another 2000??.

What is really aggravating is the fact that when Democrats had control of both Houses they promised that we will never be faced with election theft again..They sat on their hands while it happened again in 2004 and now here again in 2016
So all this BS could have been prevented if when Democrats had the Majority in Congress would have stopped sitting on their hands and would have passed some laws that would have prevented this.
For starters they could have forced the voting machines to be modernized with fraudulent proof systems and passed that in the budget but we probably will see the same thing in 2020 because there is no chance in hell now of upgrading because of the total Republican control.
