This time Issa had to sweat bullets before he knew he was re-elected, which means he also knows that his constituency was NOT universally thrilled with his performance of late.

Being a Republican, he probably thinks a 2 vote margin is a landslide mandate, but there will be those on his staff who will fill him on a little reality if he wants to be back in two years.
