... to make Trump look like a hero should there be another terrorist attack, that plan WOULDN'T include having him brag about the fact that he WASN'T bothering to get daily intel briefings before the fact.

Should there BE another terrorist attack, the first person the country would blame is the idiot who was "too smart" to be told what was going on.
