1. Shift the tax burden away from the working class and middle class, and toward high income earners.

2. Get rid of the death penalty.

3. Use the power of the federal government to train police to stop shooting at young black men.

4. Drop hemp from the federal war on drugs.

5. Federalize the registration and voting processes to ensure fair representation for all citizens.

6. Raise or eliminate the income cap on Social Security taxes.

7. Work to improve the ACA by adding a federal insurance option, or some other "public option."

8. Use the power of government to protect citizens from corporate greed, predatory lending practices, dangerous working conditions, unsafe consumer products, etc.

9. Dare to dream about doing something big like Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, War on Poverty, infrastructure overhaul, etc.
