8. FBI had Weiner's laptop - seized in arrest - nothing for Huma to turn over.

Huma didn't turn over anything - Weiner's laptop was seized by NYPD as part of sexting charges.

NYPD discovered there were accounts accessed using the laptop.

Feds wanted to look at accounts that were Huma's - Yahoo, clinton domain and Gmail.

Feds needed warrant to look at accounts.
