Those tweets were ironic. They applauded Trump for announcing his divestiture which Trump hasn't done. Trump has claimed he wants to take steps the remove even the appearance of a conflict of interest, which for Trump means having his kids run the family business, which obviously doesn't remove the overt conflict of interest.

But the OGE tweeted this:

"@realDonaldTrump - we told your counsel we'd sing your praises if you divested," the agency tweeted. "we meant it."
