Attorneys for Occupy Atlanta report that they have served subpoenas to Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, Atlanta Chief of Police George Turner and 3 other high-level officials in the police department and City Hall.

The subpoenas were issued for all five men to testify in the trial of Derrick Boazman, Georgia State Senator Vincent Fort, Activist Joe Beasley and more than 50 Occupy Atlanta members who were arrested following a protest that lasted several days in Woodruff Park.
