was called and coordinated by Obama Administration Homeland Security. DOJ has been actively stopping all legal actions against war criminals of former admin and pushing unconstitutional police state measures and legislation. So "where the buck stops" is just another tool and representative of police state fascism.

That answer your question "why" clearly enough?
