Occupy Disaster Relief [View all]

There's a Facebook page trying to organize Occupiers in the region to start bringing disaster relief to the areas worst hit by yesterday's tornadoes.

http://www.facebook.com/groups/342971999074350/

I assume the page is public and that you don't need a Facebook account to view it (only to post replies).

I think it's a great thing for Occupy to get involved in this -- both in general terms of doing good and also as a means of outreach, especially to people who might have absorbed negative attitude about them from the media.

And, of course, if any DUers are in that region and wants to help, I heartily encourage you to get involved.
