Du no longer has mods. I'm guessing that the admins are a bit over worked judging by ATA.
I'm a main forum host which includes this forum.

The SOP for Community Help is: "Get help from your fellow DU members and share tips about DU, in a positive, supportive environment."

My opinion is there couldn't be anything much more helpful than a job for someone who needs one. Should there be an alert on any post for a job opening from you or anyone here, I would argue strenuously that the posting be left alone and the alert not result in a lock.
