Without the password, there dosen't appear to be a way for a member to edit their account.

I would check your email accounts to see if you have any emails from DU (especially during November 2016). That would tell you which email address you used for DU and allow you to use the 'lost password function' to reset it. Then you would be able to sign in and edit your account information. There is a caveat though - once you log out to use the 'lost password function', if there is a problem then you might not be able to log back in. (Or the reset password might take some time to arrive and you'd be unable to get back on DU in the meantime.)

Safest route would be to contact the Admins via email or DU mail to ask them the best way to go about it - should there be any problems in the process, they would already be aware of the situation and be better prepared to handle it quickly.
