It's called URL encoding.

Usually works for any characters that don't work for DU links and images.

Edit to add:

If you want to display the image in your post, click on the 'share' arrow icon then choose 'BBCode', pick a size and copy the code into your post. Then delete everything but the image address inside the [img] tags.
