1. The best way to find out is to read the Statement of Purpose that each forum has.

Each forum and group has such a statement. You can find it in the same line of informative tabs that start with Start A Discussion.

Look to your right and you will see the box called About This Forum for the forum/group where you are. In there is the info you seek!
